Straightforward Software Licensing for Construction Contractors
DalTrak provides construction management software through a subscription-based license. Our goal is to give contractors the tools they need to manage their business without complicated user-based pricing or unnecessary restrictions.
How Licensing Works
One Subscription Per Business Location
Each DalTrak subscription covers one physical business location. Companies operating from multiple locations require a separate license for each location.
Unlimited Users
Add as many authorized users as your business needs under its licensed location. There are no additional per-user licensing fees.
12-Month Subscription
Standard licensing agreements have a 12-month term with automatic annual renewal. Written cancellation notice must be provided at least 30 days before renewal.
Subscription pricing and billing frequency are established in your agreement.
Software Ownership
DalTrak LLC retains ownership of its software, source code, features, updates, and improvements.
Customers receive the right to use the platform under their active subscription. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of DalTrak's technology.
Your Business. Your Data.
Your company's project records, estimates, documents, and other business information remain yours.
DalTrak stores and processes this information to provide, maintain, support, and improve its services.
We do not sell or disclose your identifiable confidential business information to competing contractors for their independent commercial use without your authorization.
Licensing Terms & Conditions
All subscriptions are governed by the DalTrak User License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
These documents explain subscription requirements, acceptable use, data handling, service limitations, and the responsibilities of both parties.
